Tom has over a decade of experience in luxury hospitality management. He began his career in fine dining in New Orleans as a sommelier and Maitre d'. He then spent two years in project management and consulting, opening a diverse array of boutique upscale dining concepts in Monterey, Nashville, and Denver. Tom moved back to Milwaukee in 2019 to be closer to family. As General Manager, he is committed to fostering an active Club culture driven by a growing and engaged membership.

Executive Chef

Chef Tom has dedicated his entire professional career to working in the food and hospitality industry. His over 35 years of experience has included almost every position in the restaurant world, from busboy to Executive Chef to Food & Beverage Director, from casual dining restaurants to 5-Star luxury resorts & just about everywhere in between. From 2004 -2014, Tom owned and operated a culinary services company based in Chicago, Illinois specializing in culinary education, menu development, and food innovation consulting. The company, Soigne Culinary Artistry, was the creative resource for numerous recipe development and consumer product innovation projects focused on trends for industry-leading food and beverage manufacturers. Before joining The MAC, Tom spent 5 years as the Director of the Food and Beverage and Executive Chef at Destination Kohler, the Midwest’s only Forbes 5 Star and AAA 5 Diamond resort.

MOLLY HILLS

Director of Membership

Molly is a native Californian who has lived in Milwaukee since November 2013. She has over 15 years of experience in sales from accessories and apparel to private club memberships, most recently being with Wisconsin Club. Prior to that she was a high school teacher and volleyball coach in her first “career”. After starting her family she became an entrepreneur building a team of 300 stylists across the country which began her sales career. She loves meeting new people, fostering relationships and making connections. Her primary source of entertainment currently is watching her two children compete in volleyball, basketball and golf. In her free time, she also enjoys ballroom dancing, pilates and meditation.

Director of Events

Adrienne is a seasoned hospitality and event executive with over 20 years of experience. She started at Hyatt Hotels & Resorts in Chicago for 15 years as a Sales & Catering Manager and later worked for Marcus Corporation as Director of Events at Hilton Milwaukee City Center, Pfister Hotel, and Grand Geneva Resort & Spa. Her most recent role was Director of Events at the Milwaukee Art Museum. Andrienne is actively involved with NACE – Southern WI Chapter and serves on the HMAA Board of Directors. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, yoga, and live music.

Steph is an events professional with 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She is skilled in event planning and management and sales. Steph previously worked for Marcus Hotels & Resorts as an Event Manager at the Hilton Milwaukee City Center and The Pfister Hotel. Most recently she worked as a Sales & Catering Manager for Bartolotta Catering and Events at Discovery World. Steph is a member of TEMPO’s Emerging Women Leaders and the Junior League of Milwaukee.

Klae’s connection with fitness and wellness started as a child. Klae has been changing lives for 20+ years. He decided to make his passion for people and fitness a career. He pours his heart and energy into the goal of sharing his knowledge with his clients. Klae has an energy that creates excitement and drive for those around him. He has won bodybuilding and power-lifting competitions along with a national title in semipro football. Klae formally entered the fitness and nutrition space by continuing his education. Meanwhile, he founded Life Per4mance Company where he teamed up with the Milwaukee Children’s Hospital to help change the lives of youth and educate them on how to set a lifelong course for wellness.

Director of Member Services

Brad started at The MAC in 1977 as a Locker Room Attendant, later being promoted to many other positions. Brad has always loved and participated in sports. Working at The MAC was the perfect job while he attended college. It wasn’t intended to be his permanent job, but as he started to work his way up the ladder and made many friends it turned into his lifelong career. The MAC has provided the opportunity for him to lead and attend many functions and events throughout the years. He has led close to 100 Packer games, over 150 Badger games and dozens of Brewer games both home and away. He has also taken groups to the PGA Championship and in 2017 captained the 10th hole with MAC Members at the US Open. Brad has coordinated many MAC events, including most of our traditional events, specialty dinners, women’s events, family events, and boxing night.

Fitness Manager

A massage therapist by trade, Kristen is a multi-disciplinary of all things athletic, holistic and balanced. Kristen has been part of the Milwaukee wellness community for over a decade, beginning as a yoga and meditation instructor. She began her journey at The MAC as a massage therapist in March of 2022. She brings an abundance of energy as well as a user-experience approach to problem-solving as a manager at The MAC. Outside of professional health and wellness space, she also enjoys modern foraging, making plans for a local Milwaukee restaurant, and marrying couples in Milwaukee.

Sandy attended Kendall College Culinary School, which solidified her passion for hospitality. For nearly a decade she worked independently as an event planner and travel coach. She ventured into the corporate world, where she built her marketing, sales, and event experience working for Vail Resorts, Uline, and Genesee Theatre. When she is not working, Sandy loves spending time with her family and new grandbaby!

He joined the MAC in early 2022 and quickly fell in love with the core values, facilities, members, and staff. In his previous line of work he’s managed facilities, sold gym memberships, even streamed live on Twitch. In his spare time, he also enjoys cooking, working out, music, time with friends, family, and snuggling with his dog.

MAC Ambassador

Ian Abston joins us as The MAC Ambassador and 15-year Member of the club. Abston's passion is connecting top-level talent around the region to help push Milwaukee forward. He is the president of the Hoan Group and Founder of Forward 48, a talent pipeline connecting young leaders around the state. Abston is the Co-Founder of Light the Hoan, helping illuminate the iconic Hoan bridge through a $4MM community-oriented fundraising campaign. He proudly sits on the board of Joy Engine, Wisconsin Policy Forum, Greater Milwaukee Committee, and the Urban Ecology Center. Ian is the Founder of NEWaukee which created the Night Market and other community programs before exiting in 2015, helped launch Echelon, a service-based YP arm of the Salvation Army, and received his undergraduate from UW Oshkosh and is a proud Eagle Scout. #Bucksin6

Sous Chef

Shareca attended MATC, where she was able to grasp knowledge within the Hospitality & Food Service Industry. She started her career at the Milwaukee Center for Independence, later working for retirement communities learning about dietary needs and food regulations. During these experiences, she was able to participate in recipe development, menu planning, and catering events. Later, she became a Banquet Chef for HeartLove Place - a nonprofit organization. Prior to her career at The MAC, Shareca was a Catering Supervisor at the UWM Restaurant Operations, as well as a Catering Supervisor for Levy at Fiserv Forum.
